These terms govern your use of PageRadar. By creating an account you accept them. Questions: hello@pageradar.app.
PageRadar fetches the public content of the URLs you add, compares each fetch with the previous snapshot, and notifies you by email, Telegram, Slack or webhook when it changes. Paid plans also expose the same data over our REST API and MCP server.
One account belongs to one person. You are responsible for anything done through your account and through the API keys you issue, and for keeping access to your sign-in email address. You must be at least 16 years old.
Each plan has a monitor count and a minimum check interval: Free — 1 monitor, daily checks; Basic — 20 monitors, hourly; Pro — 100 monitors, every 15 minutes; Business — 500 monitors, every 5 minutes. Limits are enforced automatically. If you downgrade, monitors above the new limit are paused rather than deleted, and are reactivated if you upgrade again while your data is still within its retention window.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Polar, which acts as merchant of record and handles payment, invoicing and applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal linked in your billing settings; the plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not pro-rate refunds for unused time, but if the service failed to deliver what you paid for, write to us and we will make it right.
You must not use PageRadar to:
We may pause or terminate an account that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why when we do.
We do not promise a specific uptime. Checks can be delayed or fail — target sites go down, block automated traffic, or render content we cannot read — and our noise filtering can misjudge whether a change is meaningful. Do not rely on PageRadar as the sole trigger for a decision where a missed or late alert would cause serious harm.
You keep all rights to the URLs, settings and captured content in your account. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to fetch, store, diff and send you those pages. See our Privacy Policy for how that data is handled.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or missed opportunity from an alert that did not arrive.
You can delete your account at any time by writing to us. We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email to account holders before they take effect, and continuing to use PageRadar after that means you accept them.
